Check in procedures will be emailed to you with your confirmation. The cottages are all equipped with keyless entry for ease of check in ...and no worrying about lost keys!    *please ensure that you enter the correct email address and phone number at time of booking so that you receive booking info.

Refunds, cancellations & date changes - cancellations/changes require 48 hours notice prior to check in time for a refund (less a $10/cancelled day processing fee). No refunds beyond the 48 hours or after check in.

All cottages are "camping" style accommodations. Each cottage has beds (new mattresses!), kitchen facilities and bathrooms - read individual cottage descriptions for more details. Linens, pillows, cooking/eating utensils, etc... are brought by you. Wifi is currently unavailable (we are working hard on updating this) and cell service can be limited depending on your provider (Verizon gets the best coverage in our experience).

All cottages are non-smoking/vaping premises.

Pet deposits must be added at time of booking if you are bringing a pet with you.

​

We do not own dock space and cannot make moorage arrangements on your behalf.

 

Cottages 40-44 all have 2 double or 2 queen beds and are suited for a max of 4 occupants. Cottage 45 has one queen bed and is suited for a max of 2 occupants. Cottage 46 has 2 queen beds and a set of twin bunks beds and is suited for a max of 6 guests.
